I loved this work out, I dont like classes, I can never keep up but this was the first "class" type work out I was able to keep up with and I saw the effects almost as soon as I started. my only comment/suggestion is to maybe have a beginner or intermediate class for people that are not used to the work out

I went to the Lodi, NJ location and love it. Everyone there has been very nice. I've been taking classes with Marvin and Andrea and they have been great!
