Though she spent three years and 500 hours studying at the Yoga Room in Berkeley, Dana Davis is more than a yogi. She's also a certified balance teacher, a holder of psychology and spirituality degrees, and a former professional flamenco dancer. Dana Davis really knows her stuff! It was a good stretch and work out. She teaches us how to use our bodies in an aligned way to prevent accidents. I left feeling stronger, more flexible, and with a smile.

It was a well organized class. The teacher has a vast knowledge of body mechanics and anatomy that she explains and then has us practice poses that incorporate those principles. Nice calm atmosphere.
