Martha helped me with private lessons while I had a back injury. She was compassionate, caring, and gave me great guidance. It really helped my core which helped my back. Now she has her own place and can help lots of people! Besides, its fun.

It's a nice facility with small class sizes. I have been doing it for weeks. I feel firmer and stronger. There is not a lot of cardio but great toning/strength training.
