Join with an open mind and ready to get a great workout!
Bring plenty of water and a workout mat (possibly a weighted one for windy days).
Bring weight-lifting gloves for ground work; many workouts take place in parking lots.
Even when workouts seem "too hard," keep going to the best of your ability; results will come!
