The cake was wonderful. It taste great and presentation is A+. I think it was just poor timing on appt time, but I felt the customer service wasn't there during the appt due to as busy as the bakery was that day. Cakes were coming out of the oven when I showed up and that's why I think it was just a one time occurence. However, I would still go back in a heartbeat because the end result is excellent. Thanks so much!

Cake was delicious and beautiful. Everyone that ate some raved about how good it was and how pretty. VERY pleased.
