Count your vents before they come, so that you can show them where they are.

The young man that came to my house did his job well. It does seem like the office people need to get their act together. They seem to have over scheduled his work. The night before they called me to say he would be here between 10 and 2. he called at 10:20 saying he can not get here until 12 -2. I then received another call at 1:40 stating he will be at my house within 30 minutes. He finally arrived at 2:30

Lots of "not included" and upsell

This company is a joke. They were a no show. I called and called and no one got back to me. Took my money and ran, shame on them.

Not through at all. Only did the 1st floor and not all the vents. Only did what was obvious and did not ask where the vents were . I had to show him. Apparently this was only for the 1st floor. Disappointed.

I. Was ver unhappy with this it took me weeks to get a call back. Finally they came did a portion of the job then told me it would be 1300.00 to finish

Very negative experience. Took a long time to schedule appointment, no appointment reminder. They told us we needed to pay a lot extra for additional services. After paying $200 extra we're not sure everything we paid for was even done. They left our house a mess, inside and out. Dirty air filter, rusty tools, used face mask, and dryer lint littered our yard. On top of that our AC unit stopped working. We can't say for sure it was as a result of what they did, but it stopped working the day they came. Had to pay thousands to redo the entire system. Tried calling and have not reached anyone.

techs didn't do some of upstairs returns from the looks of it, very dusty seemed untouched. also, only vacuumed from what I could see first 6" or so of dryer vent. otherwise your men were polite, helpful
