While the dental staff is very nice and good at their job, I believe their bedside manner can stand to be improved. Neither the hygienists nor the dentist introduced themselves to me, explained the procedures that would occur that day, and finally, no one said goodbye at my appointment; everyone simply left the room and expected me to gather that my appointment was finished. I understand that everyone is very busy throughout their day, but a little courtesy goes a long way.
