I didnt know you need to speak Italian to work at an Italian restaurant... I've cooked at a french 3 michellin star restaurant and speaking french was not a requirement... ive also bartended at an irish pub and nobody ask me if I spoke Gaelic...so... About my experience: the food was delicious, server was super friendly, my water glass was always full and the scagliatelle dessert is a must have!
Just odd an Italian restaurant would have only Spanish speaking employees. Don't get me wrong, I love Latinos, but really odd to hear them speaking Spanish to each other in an Italian restraunt
