About LIONWORD

Dan Duffy has two passions —art and sports —that he pursues both personally and professionally. He played rugby at the university level, and after graduating from Hussian School of Art in 2006, he crafted illustrations for companies such as ESPN and Golf Digest. Now, he works as associate art director for PGA Magazine, and also creates sports-themed and custom artwork for Lionword. Customers can order "word" illustrations that fuse text and design, or opt for a portrait of a favorite Philadelphia athlete crafted entirely from the imprints of their teams' logo stamps.
