The staff is really friendly and the Zumba teacher is great. The studio is very nice too.

update your back room where the kickboxing is... don't call the kick boxing class boot camp because it leads you to believe it will be more intense than it is

Jennifer is a fabulous instructor. Her music is fun and varied and the class is great cardio with isolation movements to tone!
