I really enjoyed my experience and service at Lotus. My manicure held up for a week while I was on vacation. The pedicure looks as great as it did a week ago. Awesome job.

I was not pleased with my services. Honestly for $29 I can get a mani/pedi anywhere and enjoy myself and relax a little more. I understand they did the paraffin wax and foot mask but it didn't make up for it.. The 90min spa mani/pedi only lasted 60 minutes. The nail polish was not applied very nicely and was puddled around my cuticles. It did not look professional at all. The hand and foot massages were weak. I feel bad for anyone that would pay full price for the services.

The beautician was very, very nice and sweet and the treatment was also very nice: however, the technical aspect of the treatment was not very good. My nails looked awful--much like a non-professional had done them. The polish was not put on properly, there were bare spots, etc.The salon was lovely, and I enjoyed the treatment itself, but it would have been much better if my nails looked good when I was done. I had to take the polish off the next day because it looked so bad.
