needs to be a little cleaner, whatever the equipment was up towards the ceiling was very dusty....the locker I was assigned was so very small I had to mash my clothes and bag in it......also so much noise while I was receiving my facial... It seems the dryer was on in very close proximity to my facial room. There was no seating as you entered to wait for your therapist. I just stood in that small area. Staff was very nice

It is sometimes difficult to schedule appointments there, because there is not always someone at the reception desk. But the facials and massages I've received there have been some of the best I've had in the city. Very well-trained, knowledgeable, friendly masseuses and aestheticians.

I enjoy their massages but their facials aren't spectacular.

The ladies changing room could use some improvement. After a soothing massage it would be nice to hear quiet music instead of game shows blasting on the television.
