second class for me (after a 5 year break) and first time class for my 2 friends. we learned so much and had a great time learning to make sushi and eating our creations. large class made hearing madame saito a bit of a problem so room set up with her in the middle might have been better. all in all a great evening.

It was a very fun evening. The class was great and I feel very confident about making sushi to friends in my house. Madame Saito is very commuted and dedicated to culinary, she only uses the best ingredients and shares hints with students on how to find high quality products.

a small sound enhancing system (microphone, amplifier and speakers) would help everyone hear you when there is a large crowd.

Class size was entirely too big which affected the quality of the class. Although the class was very imformative a smaller class would of put this over the top!

My daughter and I went to Madame Saito's Sushi class and we loved it. She was very interesting and entertaining. The 4 hours flew by! After taking the class we are both confident that we would be able to make sushi and also know what to look for when buying it at a restaurant.

It would be nice if the class provided sushi grade knives for participants do they could properly cut the fish. Most home knives are too dull.
