This was everything I'd hoped for and more. I was motivated to come because of what little I knew of the philosophy of the system and the more I learn about the it, the more I love it and the more I see how it helps me in my everyday life. I don't believe I could have found a better school or a better kung fu family with whom to learn and grow.
