The customer service needs some serious changes. For the most part no one answers the phone, and if it is answered (unless its the owner) whomever answers has little patience to answer questions. If you do not have a part please make sure before hand that you order the correct one and actually deliver it withing the allocated time decided beforehand. No excuses.
