i didn't really expect much and this was my first time going to sweeney's, but the food was good and i thought the service was really good. the chef even came out to double check on our orders and made sure we were happy. i mean we're talking bar in a tiny little shopping center, so clearly it wasn't anything extravagant, but i was happy.

I was really surprised to see the ash trays. Our service was wonderful but I have my doubts about the smoking. When we were there, no one was smoking which made for a very pleasant meal but I just don't know about later.

We came on a Sunday when there were no local teams playing, so the crowd was small and confined to the front bar. We came to eat and did not care to sit at the bar, so we were courteously seated in the back bar which was completely empty. The food was great yet inexpensive and the service good.

It's a cool bar, but my wife and I are not rocker anymore. The food was suprisingly good!
I really enjoyed the band's original music. If I was 30 years younger it would be my hangout!!
