Matt was great! Definitely knowledgeable in the area of holistic care and massages, he knew specific muscles and how to target them. He was informative throughout the massage, letting me know what he was doing and for what reasons as well as giving tips to help me with my pain areas everyday. He was definitely more of a massage therapist than a spa masseuse. His goal was to target problem areas and and work into them. He made me feel very comfortable and at ease! I would definitely recommend him for people looking to learn about their bodies or people with muscle pains.
