I want to share my experience, it was such a wonderful experience, my tech Gia was so Accommodating, pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. I would recommend total to everyone. I had a great time, I was hesitant about going down center city Cause I don't care for it but it was so worth it!!!! So please try total serenity day spa you will totally enjoy!!!!

It was a calming environment with friendly service! The lady there made me feel so comfortable and I would definitely go back!

They need to better organized. Prices are a bit high compared to other spa services. I had a long wait, and they didn't offer me anything to drink like water or juice. Compared to other spa facilities, that offer that right after you check in or even while you're completing paper work. I would put that out there for a suggestion for total serenity

nice staff, loved my waxer, i did have some stray hairs, but i think if i go again, i will just let them know while i'm there as i didn't realize until i got home.
