They were on time, and called to confirm the day before. 2 men came and walked around the house to see what I wanted done and they got to it. They worked hard and the carpets came out beautifully. I will have them back in the future.

Did a good job on kitchen floor. Did not clean area rug well but did not charge because I was unhappy with the result
