Had a great time at the 7 am class this morning, it was a small class and we had lots of personal attention from the coach. It was a challenging workout that was easily scaled for different athletes’ abilities. The facilities are spacious and well set-up, and it seemed to be an inclusive space for women and folks with kids. Can’t wait to go again later this week!

Instructive, positive coaches... modified movements for being a new clent, class size was great, not overcrowded, and very favorable membership options!
