I enjoyed our experience! I would even get there earlier than they suggest, if you want to beat the sunrise. We arrived at 4:56am mid April and we were one of the last balloons to get off the ground. Our pilot was awesome though as was the chase crew. They also provided a huge bottle of champagne for mimosas which was fun.

It was a great and beautiful experience. Also, be sure to let them know if you’re celebrating a bday or anniversary 🥳

SUCH A BREATHTAKING EXPERIENCE, I WAS A LITTLE WEARY. YET THE TEAM WAS VERY EFFICIENT AND ASSURING,THE CAPTAIN WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND SAFETY WAS KEY! I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND! WE DID THE SUNRISE TOUR AND THE SET UP AND TIMING COULD NOT HAVE BEEN ANY BETTER. THANKS TO THE CREW GOR PROVIDING THE BREAKFAST AND THE CHAMPAGNE TOAST WAS SO CUTE. I WISH I WAS ABLE TO DO IT ALL OVER AGAIN!! 10/10

We really enjoyed our ride. The view was amazing and it was so quiet way up there. Very impressed with our pilot. It was a great birthday present from my wife. Would absolutely do it again.

Was visiting Phoenix with my wife, we had a wonderful experience with this excursion. It is an early start for the "sunrise: and getting checked in the morning of is a bit chaotic. Especially if other passengers arrive late- delays the whole group and if a tour guide is absent-may end in canceling your trip. Saw both scenarios but thankfully it did not effect us. We were fortunate to have our own section in the basket though it is typically 2-4 people per. View with all the other balloons and over the desert was remarkable though and their breakfast celebration afterwards was better than anticipated. Definitely worth the check off from the bucket list.
