Check in was easy and front desk personnel were friendly. My appointment was right on time - I was still filling out paperwork when I was called. Eve, the technician, was wonderful. She explained, in detail, what she would be doing, how the laser would feel and post treatment care. She was a very friendly, caring person and she made the experience a good one.
