An amazing studio that offers so many class type and is so accepting of all people. This place has been voted best in Phoenix so many times and is very deserving!

Everyone at Metta is so kind. The studios are beautiful and serene. I've had a wonderful experience with all different types of yogis who teach at Metta.

This is a real yoga studio. No cross fit, no zumba, the real thing. I love the atmosphere and Alexandra who teaches the restorative class is incredible. I would recommend Metta to anyone who wants the authentic yoga experience.
