WHOA.. I’ve been working out here for 4 weeks now, and I am already seeing a world of a difference (mentally AND physically)! Curtis is truly passionate and motivating throughout the ever-changing workouts. I love that they get the job done in only 40 minutes! You will immediately feel like a member of the RSBC team, as everyone has been SUPER helpful and welcoming.

Love the 40 min workout…. I think an hour would kill me!

Curtis, Peggy and Rich have been phenomenal! They truly care about each and every person who walks through their door. It is easy to stay motivated and keep moving. The environment is almost intoxicating because you can truly feel their passion. It is very encouraging to see people of all shapes, sizes, genders and ages feeling empowered to be their best self. I highly recommend to all!
