Try to get a clearer view of what a client is trying to achieve by the services they come to you for. I like my hair hi-lited to brighten hair & to enhance my eyes. Generally hi-lites framing face does this. My hair is so toned down that it just looks like I dyed my hair strawberry blonde (red doesn't compliment my skin) with no accents. I appreciate the entire staffs friendliness & feel they want to do their best. Just not thrilled with my results & would hope for better results next time.

The all over color and highlights I got are perfect! very natural looking. The cut is wonderfu and easy to maintain.
