Aerial has been very helpful and has been a pleasure to work with! Thank you for making this experience a good one. The only thing I didn't like when we received our bookcase, was the lingering, strong odor from the laquer used on the finished wood. It was so strong in our bedroom for about 2 months. This was a factor in the delay with ordering my desk.

Linda helped me and was very helpful and knowledgeable about the details that went into creating nice shelving. She was very patient in helping me create the shelving I wanted.
