Food was good. Service was great. Of course, we were there mid-afternoon on a weekday, so it wasn't busy. The atmosphere is like being on the "auld sod".

the online menu that came with the offer said the prime rib special was thurs, fri and sat, so we went on a thurs. But when we got there, the menu said the special was only fri and sat.
my surf and turf platter had 6 very small "jumbo shrimp," and the smallest, thinest piece of steak I have ever seen in a restaurant.
on the plus side, the crab dip appetizer was exceptional.

It was just okay. There are many good restaurants in the area. PJ's has a nice bar...it is a great hang out, but food is not their primary business. The service was polite, but the food was not bad, but not great.
