When The Red Buffalo Ranch was founded in 1998, the owner selected a prime spot on the edge of 3,500-acre Evansburg State Park, where he could lead trail rides across the expansive, bucolic surroundings. Experienced guides lead groups on horseback over the park’s meadows, creeks, and streams, sticking to trails suitable for the skill level of each rider. During rides, guests can admire the ranch’s well-trained steeds.

Great time, especially it's your first time or few times on a horse because they were all very calm and you have a trail guide on a horse as well in the front of the group and in the back. Beautiful trail/scenery and everyone who worked there was so sweet! Great location where your 5 minutes from tons of wonderful shops and restaurants!

My daughter and I had a wonderful time! It was a beautiful ride and the horses were terrific. Would definitely go again!

We had an amazing time at Red Buffalo Ranch. The staff was so kind and helpful, especially since it was my first time riding a horse. The horse I rode, Buzz, was beautiful and behaved so well. It really was a great experience, thank you so much!
