Myself and daughter both were scheduled for a gel manicure and my daughter was also schedule for a pedicure. After 2-1/2 plus hours, we both only had a gel manicure. My daughter never rec'd her pedicure but scheduled one for a later date. The manicurist/spa tech, was suppose to clean the nail polish from around my finger nails and cuticles when done as there were problems applying the gel polish; but she forgot. I was also suppose to have an exfoliation after my gel manicure set, but she forgot as well. The manicurist/spa tech was very friendly and sweet, but the service was poor.

The nail tech was very nice and pleasant but the end result wasn't to my satisfaction. I was kinda disappointed.
