My daughter and her friend's hair looked fantastic fantastic fantastic. BUT, I think for the make-up portion and nails there could have been more attention to detail and choice of colors used (my daughter looked more trashy then a princess). The nail polish pealed right off and I had to re-apply new polish when we got home. Both my daughter and her friend immediatly took off the make-up in the car because they were too embarressed and didn't want to hurt the woman's feeling to tell the her they hated the colors.

We have been coming there for years now and always stick with our same fantastic hairdresser, Chrissy. I was a bit nervous trying someone new, but Carmen was WONDERFUL with my daughter and she made her experience there extra special. We'd definitely recommend her to everyone/anyone!

I had an appointment mix up which was not my fault and one of the girls was not willing to accommodate me. After arguing I got through n job was done well. Nice environment.

MY DAUGHTER WAS SCHEDULED TO HAVE HER 6TH BIRTHDAY PARTY AT SALON 36 KIDS NEXT SATURDAY 4/13/13. I CALLED ON 04/03/2013 TO CONFIRM EVERYTHING AND THERE WAS A RECORDING STATING THAT THEY WERE CLOSED FOR BUSINESS. I WAS IN DISBELIEF SO I DROVE UP TO THE SALON ON MY LUNCHBREAK AND THE PLACE WAS EMPTY. I DID NOT GET A LETTER, PHONE CALL OR ANYTHING. I HAD TO RUSH AND PUT OUT MORE MONEY TO BOOK HER PARTY SOMEWHERE ELSE. I AM PRAYING THAT THERE IS NOT ANY PARTIES SCHEDULED AND THE KIDS SHOW UP TO FIND A EMPTY BUILDING. I THINK THIS IS TERRIBLE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ESPECIALLY BEING AS THOUGH THIS SALON ONLY SERVICES KIDS. I CAN'T HELP BUT TO THINK... WHAT IF I HAD NOT CALLED AND JUST SHOWED UP FOR THE PARTY MY DAUGHTER WOULD HAVE BEEN DEVISTATED!!! I AM SO GLAD THAT I CALLED. I WOULD HAVE BEEN MORE UNDERSTANDING WITH THE SITUATION IF I WOULD HAVE ATLEAST GOTTEN A PHONE CALL.

I wish the manicure and make up were more like adult salons. I felt the services were completed sloppily and were not worth a return visit. The "day of beauty" title was very misleading as the entire service only took about 30 minutes. The idea is great but it was very poorly executed.
