Kristin did a great job! Wasn’t too happy with what I had before and she listened and did exactly what I wanted. Was also so down to earth and friendly chatted and laughed the whole time!

Marissa did a great job! Making the appointment was easy. I was able to get in the day I called. I went in for a haircut and left with exactly what I wanted. I even got multiple compliments on my hair at the grocery store after my appointment!

It was my first time at Karoleena's, from the moment I walked in, I was welcomed and the receptionist knew my name, what a personal touch!! Lisa did my hair, she toned my hair as it was brassy looking, cut my hair to a Lob and straightened it, how beautiful it looked and felt, my overall experience was GREAT!!
