Hope was very thorough and thoughtful. She was most skilled and used a variety of massage and cleansing techniques. The salon's tasteful decor makes one feel comfortable and serene.

It was a nice a calm atmosphere. The technician explained the process very well. Unlike some salon/spas that do more than massages that can tend to be noisy and distracting when trying to relax getting a massage, Capretti was quiet in the massage areas.

My facial was bland and impersonal. I am a long time Aveda user and have just grown to expect a little something more from any salon that carries the Aveda brand. The salon itself LOOKS very nice but they need to train their staff to personalize facials to each person. Prior to the facial I even expressed what my skin concerns were and that did not seem to go hand in hand with the facial I actually received.
