therapist did not show up, but after calling another came an hour later, and gave me a gift certificate for a free 1/2hr massage

I had a wonderful massage, however, my issue was the cleanliness of the spa. The place smelled musty, the sheets were dingy, and the floor had hair all over it.

I was very disappointed. They didn't even have my appointment in the book even though I scheduled it a week in advance. Because of this they could not use the hot stones which I requested as they take an hour to heat up. Furthermore, I paid for a 90 minute massage but only received a 60 minute massage.
