Gaynor instills the cooking basics with humor and other interesting tidbits of information. An enjoyable evening or learning with great meals and wine.

A great evening learning new techniques, trying recipes I'd avoided in the past but now see are easily doable, met new people and working as team was fun. And of course sitting down to enjoy the feast was wonderful. Very well organized and run. Andrew, the professional instructor was absolutely great. Highly recommend for mother/daughter; dates; children activities. If you enjoy cooking this is a fun way to do it.

The cooking class was fun, the instructor was very informative and helpful. The people in our group wee wonderful. There was a group that brought wine and they were quite abnoxious. They made the experience not 100% ideal. The menu was very creative and my boyfriend and I learned a lot and had fun doing so.

It was a fun evening but I really did not learn anything I did not already know. I think sometimes demonstration is better. I think their should be a little more demonstation before trying the recipe on your own. You could do that at home. Maybe too many participants.
