Belle was so friendly and I totally got what I was looking for. I got face-framing highlights and a trim. My highlights look so natural (I've had folk asking me if it was just the summer sun) and my hair feels so healthy although she kept so much of the length (which I asked for). She was so lovely and personable. I would definitely recommend!
