Went to the Commack gym. Casey and Vinny are amazing. I am not a very enthusiastic exerciser but they (Vinny in particular) have been extremely patient with me. I have actually started to enjoy (okay maybe tolerate is a better term) working out. I have even started to see some results and I have only be going for about two weeks. If you hate working out as much as I, but need to get in shape, then this is the place for you.

My daughter trained with Hash and loved every minute of it. He was knowledgeable and gave her inspiration to work out and enjoy it.
The place was clean and has good hours

For a novice exerciser, this is a definite place to go. It's wonderful to have a trainer working alongside you, explaining everything. Very clean and not crowded.
