Last nights On Ramp was awesome! Thanks for making crossfit accessible & welcoming. I enjoyed my workout & the stretching (I'm super sore) and I'm confident that t Crossfit Southington I'll meet my goals.

Floor is a little dirty (leaves your hands black and sticky feeling) and the texture hurts your knees. They should have different levels of fitness groups and on ramp class is really large when it should be small. Jonathan is a really great coach (best one there). Also, enough of the dang squats!!!

Love CrossFit's approach. Coaches are energetic and encouraging, owner is on site and helps coach the classes, he's very down to earth and encouraging. Age is no barrier!
