Such an upscale looking place, you would think when they offered water to you would get it in a bottle not tap water straight out of the faucet.

I would have liked my high lights to be alittle closer to the scalp,a week later you could see the root difference.

Pleasant stff, nice enviornment. Stylist didn't style my hair as I asked. She would prolly do well with younger clients....I'm 46.

Was disappointed that the mani/pedi took SO LONG...too long. Additionally, the salon lacked amenities that should be standard for a nail salon (e.g. a drying station)

It is a very nice salon but I don't think they do nails a lot. The girl told me she wasn't a nail tech but that "All girls know how to nails..." My nails came out terrible. She didn't shape them, no work on the cuticles, and there was no dryer so they smudged during the pedicure. Pedicure was just as bad. Didn't even touch my nails with a filer. Again, no dryer so just had me sit and wait. I can't believe they get away with charging people $65 for this regularly. I never go back for nails.
