About Kitchen Essentials

Jenny Scott has always had a passion for cooking. The Le Cordon Bleu graduate is the owner of both a cafe and her own catering company. At Stir Café by Kitchen Essentials, she spends her days smoking meats, grinding fresh chuck for burgers, and whipping up pie crust from scratch in order to provide gourmet, yet homey meals to busy working professionals. Open daily until 2 p.m., Stir Café features rotating lunch specials, and is especially known for the Friday lunch special: Wagyu Cheeseburgers with homemade pickles.

The salad with shrimp was great and had a delicious dressing. The roasted veggies were also very good.

Jenny was an awesome instructor and the evening was unbelievably enjoyable as we all cooked together then sat and enjoyed the most amazing meal!! Will definitely be going back!

Good class...a little late on getting to eat dinner especially after rushing from work. Could have had snacks or made an appetizer first while cooking. jenny was sooo nice and a great teacher and was organized.
