Go prepared to have a very relaxing 45 minutes. Do feel that you need to take something to read or to keep your mind occupied. Just relax and let the time pass without any activity.

Make sure you wear loose washable clothing. You will have some salt on you. Be prepared to relax.

The woman at the front desk is an absolute asset to this company. She was kind, knowledgeable, and thoughtful. The entire space was clean and relaxing. I loved this experience and am looking forward to returning!
