I purchased 4 sessions from forever young and trim for vanquish me sessions. I finished my last session two weeks ago and went ahead and purchased 4 more. I know everyone's body is different, and therefore may respond differently. But for me, I see a huge change. I have stubborn belly fat, that doesn't go away regardless of diet and exercise. Vanquish me has brought me hope, and also inspired me to watch what I eat even more than before. Bottomline, it works, or worked for me.

The whole staff is amazing. They explain everything in detail and answer any questions you may have. I would recommend them to everyone.
