I HAD A WONDERFUL FACIAL AND SO DID MY FRIEND WHO WENT WITH ME. THEY WERE POLITE, ON TIME AND COURTEOUS.

Going back for the same treatment in a few weeks. Loved my facial!

Had a 10:00 appointment, they were not even open yet. They finally took me in at 10:15. Not even a sorrow we are late or even Hi, how are you. My 1 hr facial was over by 11:00.Don't think I will be going back!

The 2 people were freindly, but the person doing the facial didn't intruduce herself. It would have been nice if she explained the procedure as she was doing it, so I would know what to expect and what it was she wasthat she was putting on my face. I found that it wasn't very relaxing, because you could here all the noise and talking outside of the room and I found it very wrong that they would not allow a client to use their rest room, but made me walk all the way to the mall bathroom.

Although the facialist was good and very pleasant (along with the owner), I waslooking for more of a spa atmosphere and this tiny room in the back just did not meet my expectations.

Front desk person was very professional and courteous. The premises were not so clean. No sink in the room so one plastic container with water had to be filled in the bathroom and brought over. Not a pleasant experience overall, services were mediocre. Not even worth the $35.
