it took a very long time to schedule an appt with chris and that was after leaving her many phone messages and then a lot of phone tag. very inconvenient

I asked for a simple blow dry and Chris? response was I am not sure I know how to do that. It wasnt a good service, I was literally done in 30 minutes. Shampooed my hair, slightly trimmed it n literally used her fingers to blow dry my hair. will not go back!
