Owner's own recovery fr major spinal injury & commitment to helping customers with similar experiences infuse the attitude of the staff & business. Very pleased with the service. Not all Fleet Feet franchise are the same.

I liked the shop. A few less expensive sport shirt/shorts would be nice for the younger population. Also a lesser exspensive shoe 39.99-49.99. Light colored t-shirts for warmer weather. It was a nice experience and would like to see it cover a more broad range especially since it is a main street.

Great experience, I explained my special needs and the sales associate listened intently, made some selections for me to try based on the information that I had given him, and came up with two that both fit and felt comfortable. I took one and he volunteered that if they didn't work out to return and they would try the other pair and negotiate an exchange. Clean, neat displays and great customer service. A definite go back!
