Not many of the people speak english so conversing is difficult
I had an appt and when I pulled up they said they were closed for Chineses New Year - one of the massage therapists said for me to stay he would do it. I was happy they honored my appt. I think enlish is definitely a problem
Not what you typically expect from past massage experiences, but good. Open area in recliner chairs that fold all the way down starts the experience with cranial and then foot/lower leg work. Later, moved to private room for back massage. My guy was pretty good with deep tissue, my daughter told me her guy was a bit on the "light" side. I expect the experience will depend on who you get...like everywhere else. For the price, a very good experience.
I thought I was going for reflexology rather than a regular foot massage. Lack of English-speaking ability made it almost impossible to communicate specific needs.
Not peaceful in the main area; people coming and going. Conversations between workers. They move you to a private room for the back massage part and there it is quiet. Need better communication skills. No one speaks much English. We tried to make an appointment but couldn't understand the person on the other end. So we just walked in. Most of the appointment is carried out with gestures and one or two words.
excellent value
I am a repeat customer and will continue to return as long as the value and quality of service are there. Thank you!
The appointment process was very difficult due to the language barrier.
Amy was outstanding -- I'll be back!
Enjoyed the experience
