I wasnt able to pick up my items for 3 mths due to a family emergency - they were very helpful and located and saved the pieces for me.

We were 2 adults and 2 children so with voucher we paid for 4 studio fees and only TWO ceramic pieces since we knew kids would need help This makes it more affordable

Plan on being there for at least a few hours if you are detailed oriented and a perfectionist We were there for 4 hours and could have gone longer if we didn't have plans

I didn't go to the one in Pleasanton, probably should have The one I went to was in Hayward The lady working there was not very attentive and was on the phone most of the time I was there if not in the back inaccessible to customers There was also a strong cat urine smell the over powered the entire store Not happy with my experience but I'm happy my child had a great time painting
