my apt was at 4pm and they asked if i could come a few mins early and i did. 15mins early. i was the only one waiting and i saw the dr walk oit to the front desk a few times. never greeted me or said she would be right out for me. i waited for 40mins

Zerona was a waste of money for me but they said most people have results. I like the staff and will use them for botox and fillers as the Dr. is the best at placement that I have used. Also they have the best specials.
