Great place, awesome workout, not like the run of the mill boring “do the same thing every day” gyms. New and exciting workout everyday and everyone is super nice, nonjudgmental and helpful. Go on your own or bring the family - I think everyone would love this place. (Not sure if there are age restrictions as far as kids go).

Great gym, workouts, and community. Everyone is really helpful and welcoming. The classes are tough but it’s such a motivating atmosphere. Love it here and will definitely be staying!

I don’t normally leave reviews online,however. Elite S and P was a great experience everyone is welcoming and the instructor Kyle was very helpful. Great workout and diversity of workouts. Only nitpick is it would be nice in the future to see it more organized as a group workout but that’s the military in me being picky. I know it’s a civilian type of environment but overall amazing. Will be back.

New to all of this so walking into the gym was quite overwhelming at first. But everyone turned out to be very welcoming and everything could to be modified for you! Im at day 2 and can't wait to go back! Love the atmosphere there! Definitely recommend and don't get discouraged so easily with your first day! We all need to start somewhere.
