The ambience was perfect! And Kim (I’m assuming she’s the owner) was magnificent! She was very personable, and was filled with information about the Infrared Sauna and her Hot Yoga Classes.

Great sauna session. Kim had everything set up beautifully and her studio is so lovely. After my session I bought the 3 pack sessions for my mom. Highly recommended!

Kim was very responsive in scheduling my initial treatment, as well as providing me with information about the experience to make me feel as comfortable as possible. The studio is meticulous, and all covid protocols are being followed, which gave me peace of mind.

I felt welcome from the moment I entered this beautiful sparkling studio. Kim is truly a gifted teacher who guided us through an amazing class that was the perfect temperature. Xhale is perfect for beginners and advanced students alike. I love this place!
