In the wash-and-detail tunnel, staff members cleanse autos exclusively by hand before releasing them to folic in the pristine pastures at the other end. Eschewing harsh tactics, the detailers dote on paint jobs with soft lamb's-wool mittens, soft-water detergents, 100% cotton towels, and shampoo and conditioners with balanced pH levels. In charge of purging vehicle insides, the team at the oil-change station replaces old motor oil and filters with a haste that approaches the speedometer's highest documented speed.
